Title:
LASER EVAPORATED FINE PARTICLE SAMPLE COLLECTING CELL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3018909
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the precision of laser evaporation analysis and expedite it.
CONSTITUTION: An inlet part 2 for a carrier gas is provided near the laser beam transmitting window 4 of a fine particle sample collecting cell 1, and a discharge part 3 is provided near a solid sample 5 on the opposite side, whereby the carrier gas can be carried from the transmitting window 4 to the solid sample 5. A cell having an opening part on the surface opposed to the transmitting window can collect a particle sample from a large solid sample by closely adhering the opening part to a sample collecting surface. A seal member is used in the opening part, or a bellows pipe is jointly used to facilitate fine particle collecting operation.
