Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sensor exhibiting high resolution even for small displacement of a moving body.
CONSTITUTION: An oscillation coil 114 is secured to a sensor body 110 whereas a body 120 is moveable with respect to the sensor body 110. A first core body 13 is made of a nonmagnetic conductive material and coupled with the displaceable body 120 such that the first core body 134 can approach the one end face of the oscillation coil 114 or separate therefrom depending on the displacement of the moving body 120. A second core body 135 is made of a magnetic material and coupled with the moving body 120 such that the core body 135 can approach the other end face of the oscillation coil 114 or separate therefrom depending on the displacement of the moving body 120.
