PURPOSE: To facilitate the input/correction of parameter values by preparing a screen part for the input to a changeable part and performing the input to the part requiring change/new input in a routine text.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of saving the parameter values temporarily stored in a buffer inside a control part 5 in a parameter value recording part 4, by instructing saving from an input device 7 while the screen part for displaying a parameter list is extended, the parameter values defined and temporarily stored in the buffer inside the control part 5 are respectively sent to the parameter value recording part 4 and saved. Then, by inputting an instruction for routine text editing from the input device 7 while the screen part for displaying the parameter list is extended on a display 9, the instruction is reported to a text editing part 10 and the routine text 15 edited by embedding the finally decided parameter value to the chageable part in a text template.
