Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a manufacture of a mud guard for an automobile which can control surely a flow of hard resin in a product.
CONSTITUTION: This method comprises a process wherein a block member 20 in a prescribed shape is advanced beforehand into a fitting part cavity part 14 of a mold cavity 13 so that a resin passage to a fender cavity part 15 be formed and a prescribed amount of soft resin S is injected into the cavity from an injection port 16, and a process wherein the block member is withdrawn from the fitting part cavity part subsequently and hard resin H constituting a core part is injected, together with the soft resin in a prescribed amount, from the injection port.
