Abstract:
PURPOSE: To heighten the working efficiency by reducing a manday and time necessary for replacing a tool.
CONSTITUTION: A transfer machine is provided with plural working units 12 having a tool to carry out respective specified workings on a work 14 and plural unit operating panels 20 arranged with every working unit 12 so as to operate the respective working units 12. An operation preparing operating means to carry out operation preparing action on the whole transfer machine 10, a cycle operation operating means to carry out cycle operation on the whole transfer machine, a tool counter in the respective working units, a counter operating means and a tool condition display means 21 to carry out specified display by the tool counters, are arranged respectively in the respective unit operating panels 20. A divided operation operating means is also arranged in the respective unit operating panels 20, so that small stroke operating operation of the transfer machine becomes possible.
