Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject preparation superior to any conventional ones in disintegrability and dispersibility and reduced in a sticky and slimy feeling of palate so as to provided a good feeling when taken by employing a specific polymer and polyvinylpyrrolidone together with aniracetam.
SOLUTION: This preparation comprises (A) aniracetam, (B) polyvinylpyrrolidone, and (C) a polymer capable of reducing a surface tension of water. Preferably, a component C is a cellulose derivative having such an ability as to reduce a surface tension of water esp. hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, etc., the content (wt.%) of a component B is such that a component B aqueous solution having the same component B content as that of the preparation shows a viscosity of 1 to 5 mm2/s at 20°C, and the content of a component C is such that a component C aqueous solution having the same component C content as that of the preparation shows a viscosity of 1 to 5 mm2/s at 20°C.
