Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve a slitting property with less generation of a scratch and abrasion powder by a method wherein a polyester layer B is laminated on a polyester layer A which contain inorganic grains (a), (b) of a different specific hardness and a different specific mean grain size to make respectively a specific content.

CONSTITUTION: A polyester B layer is laminated on a polyester layer A which contains an inorganic particle (b) of at most 7 Mohs' hardness and 0.05-1.0μm mean grain size and an inorganic grain (a) of at least 7 Mohs' hardness and 0.005-0.5μm mean grain size. In that case, a formula 0.005≤SRaA≤0.045, a formula 3≤SRzA/SRaA≤15, and a formula 0.002≤SRaB≤0.020 (SRaA is a three dimensional center line means roughness μm of a layer A surface, SRzA is a three dimensional ten-point mean roughness μm of the layer A surface, and SRaB is a three dimensional center line means roughness μm of a layer B surface.) is simultaneously satisfied. Then, a content of the grain (a) is 0.15-1wt.% of the layer A and at most 0.10wt.% of all layers A, B. A content of the grain (b) is 0.10-2wt.% of the layer A.
