CONSTITUTION: When lifting chains 13, 13, 17 are cut off during halt of lifting pallets 14, 14, 18, the lifting pallets 14, 18 are prevented from dropping since a fitting member 23 engage with a stopper 26 equipped on suspenders 12, 12, 16. When a pallet 18 is lowered to take out a car 41, if retreat of the stopper 26 is confirmed by a retreat-confirming sensor after a certain time passed from start of lowering, the pallet 18 continues to lower. On the contrary, if it is not confirmed, the lifting pallet 18 comes to a halt by the stop controller of lifting pallets. Hereafter, when an instruction is given by a specified switch, the lifting pallet 18 is raised by a rising-controller of the pallets.
