Abstract:
PURPOSE: To adopt an inexpensive stoppage shearing machine with simple constitution and to obtain the cutting controller of the continuous steel sheet processing line where a free loop disappears automatically after cutting processing is completed by forming the free loop of a steel sheet.
CONSTITUTION: The steel sheet speed is made constant before pinch rolls 12 of the inlet side and made controllable after the pinch rolls 13 of the outlet side by forming the free loop of the steel sheet between the pinch rolls 12 and 13 of the inlet side and the outlet side. Accordingly, the inexpensive stoppage shearing machine with simple constitution can be adopted as a steel sheet cutting means 6.
