PURPOSE: To prevent the dropping down of a reel hub caused by its-own weight in the course of recording and reproduction by providing an inclining part on a part of a reelhook.

CONSTITUTION: Inclining parts 22a, 22b and 22c are provided on the part for adjusting the reel hub of a reel hook 22. So as to add a traveling tension while a magnetic tape 2 travels in an arrow direction (c), torque at the loading side of a reel motor is activated in an arrow direction (d), lightly bitten in the recessed part of the reel hub 13 and the reel hub is supported. Thus, the drop down of the reel hub caused by its own weight is prevented and the recording of a tape vibration or a dropping sound is prevented. Further, the inclination of the inclining part of the reel hook is set at the same angle as that of the connecting line G of the peripheral part of the reel hook and a smooth and sure biting condition is realized.
