PURPOSE:To secure the safety of gas consumption amount and gas supply management for users, by driving a flow rate judging circuit and a telemetering circuit with a battery power source to transmit data to a gas supplier with an informing unit online. CONSTITUTION:The flow rate of gas passing through a gas meter 12 is detected with a flow rate sensor 13 and is received with a flow rate judging circuit 18 and a telemetering circuit 20 which are driven with a common ligthium based battery as signal 28. A program is arranged for the circuit 18 to set a case of producing a cutoff output 29 making a judgement according to a preset gas consumption to activate a cutoff valve 14 and a case of restricting the absolute flow rate of a allowable injection value or an allowable injection time depending on the consumption flow rate and used properly. A circuit 20 is provided with a memory for cumulatively counting the output 28 of the sensor 13. A microcomputer timer 19 as means of measuring the gas outflow time of the circuit 18 also generates a regular time timer output 30 for informing the telemetering data of the circuit 20 at the regular time. Then, an informing unit 22 receives the output 30 to gather the telemetering data 31 to transmit to a premise 3 from a user 1.
