PURPOSE: To follow various types of attractive surfaces and provide an attractive hand of simple structure.

CONSTITUTION: There are provided a chuck body 12, a seal thin material or a film material 23 where a number of cut lines are provided in the outer peripheral part of the chuck body 12 in a radial direction, a multiplepiece elastic press board whose diameter is smaller than that of the seal thin material or the film material 23 at the installation outside of the seal thin material or the film material 23, and an elastic receiving material 22 is provided at the inside of the seal thin material or the film material, so it is possible to fit the thin material or the film material smoothly to the uneven surfaces of the articles, and carry out attraction and carrying work under an appropriate vacuum pressure where air leaks from the cut lines.
