Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten construction period by placing concrete in a space formed by a form panel, and exercise the following stage of works without stripping a form and without waiting for the dry of the concrete.
CONSTITUTION: A bent form panel 21 consisting of a lower step vertical section 23, a middle step inclination section 24 and an upper step vertical section 25 is formed of foamable synthetic resin. The form panel 21 is divided into a pair of panels to oppose lower parts of them to each other in the shape of a widening, and they are mounted to an excavation 10. The opposite form panels 21 are erected and fixed by using anchor hardwares 30a and 30b. After that, in the excavation 10, filling surplus soil 12 is back filled to both ends of the form panels 21 to bury the lower parts of the form panels 21. Then, concrete is placed in a space formed by the form panels 21. A form 20 consisting of the form panels 21 is used as a part of a strip footing, so that the following stage of works can be executed without waiting for the dry of the concrete.
