PURPOSE: To provide a two-story parking device by which a car to be parked on the upper stage can be drive in the upper stage or driven out thereof without transfer of a car parked at the lower stage and a car can be driven into the stage or not thereof in the same direction on both driving in and out and further, a car can be driven-in, and out in parallel with the traffic lanes on a road.

CONSTITUTION: In a two-story parking device 1 in which cars can park both on the upper stage and on the lower stage, a parking base 3 on which a car (a) to be parked on the upper stage is placed, is mounted on the upper pallet 2 so as to be horizontally rotatable in both normal and reverse directions. The upper pallet 2 provided with the parking base 3 is extended forward so as to be reciprocally movable. The upper pallet 2 provided with the parking base 3 extended forward horizontally is supported slantly and movably forward and downward and slantly and movably backward and upward, while being kept horizontally.
