Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate works for fixing an insert nut, and to improve safety by a method wherein a fixing device that is made of an elastic body and is made up in a thin cylindrical shape with its front end opened is fixed so that it can project to the inside of a form.

CONSTITUTION: A fixing device 1 for fixing an insert nut 3 is made of an elastic body such as rubber or soft resin and is made up in a thin cylindrical shape with its front end opened. Then, a bolt 4 is inserted through holes 10, 11 provided respectively to the rear end of the fixing device 1 and a form 8, and the fixing device 1 is mounted so that it can project to the inside of the form 8. A hole 2 of the insert nut 3 is then fitted to the fixing device 1 that is projecting to the inside of the form 8. In mounting the fixing device 1, an elastic washer 7 is fitted to the exterior side of the form 8, and the fixing device 1 is mounted so that it can be retreated freely toward the outside of the form. Thereby works for removing the form can be executed easily.
