PURPOSE: To obtain a conveying device capable of suitably linking various kinds of conveyor belts with each other by providing a helical belt conveyor transfering cargo along a helical path, an upper feed or release conveyor and a lower feed or release conveyor, which respectively have specific constitution and a specific function.

CONSTITUTION: In the case of loading ship's cargo, the free end part of an end part conveyor 4c is slidable on the upper-side belt 3a of an upper conveyor belt 3a extending at least at 360°. Thus, a helical belt conveyer 1 is made rotatable together with a central shaft 2 and when all of a conveyor belt 3 and the belt 3A are moved as a whole, the end part conveyor 4c of an upper feed or release conveyer 4c is displaced along the upper-side belt 3a of the belt 3A and made synchronous with each other by an adjuster 11 to move in a vertical direction, and its angle is held constant. The angle and length of an intermediate conveyor 4b are surely linked with each other between a main part 4a and the conveyor 4c.
