Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the defect due to the water leak of an electric motor and prevent the generation of leak from the part between a sealed casing in a driven part and an inner container, when the discharge quantity is freely set.
CONSTITUTION: An electrical pot is equipped with an outer decoration body and an inner container which is set in demountable manner into the outer decoration body. Between the outer decoration body and the inner container, a motor- driven pump 5 for discharging the liquid in the inner container from a pouring port formed on the outer decoration body is installed. The motor-driven pump 5 consists of a motor part 21 which is installed on the outer decoration body and is equipped with an electric motor 22, casing 31 which is installed on the inner container so as to communicate with the inner container, and a driven part 23 equipped with a vane wheel 24 arranged in the casing 31. Between the motor part 21 and the driven part 23, a magnetic coupling means which transmits the turning moment of the electric motor 22, in the noncontact state, through the wall of the casing 31 to the shaft of the vane wheel 24 is installed.
