Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a biaxial actuator which can be controlled with high accuracy by selectively damping a specific operating mode out of the behavior of the biaxial actuator.
CONSTITUTION: A biaxial actuator is constituted in such a way that the holding part of an objective lens is supported by plate springs so as to be movable to a tracking direction and a focusing direction. In the plate springs 31, 32, damping treatment C1, 45 are executed to parts wherein deformation is caused in a specific operating mode which prevents vibration.
