Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of a Q-value and to improve productivity by removing an oxide generated after performing groove working.
SOLUTION: A conductive film 12 is provided on a base 11 constituted by performing press working and extrusion on an insulating material. A conductive film 12 is fomred by a vapor deposition method or the like such as a plating method and a sputtering method. The base 11 and the conductive film 12 are provided with a groove 13. The groove 13 is formed by irradiating a conductive film 12 with laser beam or the like. Later, an oxide generated at the time of forming the groove 13 is removed. Now, the oxide is removed by physical etching. A protective material 14 is applied to the part where the groove 13 of the base 11 and the conductive 12 is provided. Thereby, a Q-value can be improved and fins can be prevented from fall off from an element.
