PURPOSE: To improve setting condition by providing running curbs in a groove, and lifting and moving horizontally through a fluid cylinder and a link.

CONSTITUTION: A pressurized fluid is supplied to each fluid cylinder 24 which supports multiple curb members 3 to raise a link mechanism 7 and a support stand 5 through a piston rod 24a. Next a curb base 4 is projected from a ground surface to make the projected nut 16 in contact with a fixing part 2b. Then the rod 24a is raised further to rotate a first link body 11 around a pin 12, and to move an upper supporting body 8 while it is rising. When a set surface 11a is made in contact with a set surface 10a, the curb base 4 is projected a specified amount from a ground surface and moved a specified amount toward the side. In addition, When pressurized fluid is bled from the cylinder 24, the rod 24a, a second link body 17, etc., are operated associatedly to lower the base 4 to make flush with the ground surface. Thus spaces between the curb and ground which interfere running of athletes can be prevented to produce, and also the work can be made easily.
