CONSTITUTION: Since flexible members 41 and 49 (transfer sheet 10 pushing-up member) of the attraction auxiliary baffle 42 or the transfer auxiliary baffle 50, etc., are the sheet made of the same material or having the same electrostatic charging row as the transfer sheet 10 stuck to the surface of a transfer drum 2, the triboelectrification with the transfer sheet 10 is not caused, and transfer, destaticization and cleaning are stably executed to the sheet 10. Since repulsive force to the toner on paper is not caused, toner splashing in a transfer cycle is eliminated. Then, the members 41 and 49 act alos as a control member regulating the discharge area of an attraction corotron 11 or a transfer corotron 13.
