PURPOSE: To provide a printed matter which can form a simple postal envelope when being folded and bonded in the state of an envelope, can record more data at the mailing time of the simple postal envelope, allow a receiver to open with ease with little generation of trash.

CONSTITUTION: The printed matter has an address printing sheet 2 with an address printing column 2a, a message printing sheet 3 with a message printing column 3a and a shielding sheet. 4 for shielding the message printing column 3a at the posting time. A to-be-bonded layer 6a formed at a predetermined position of the surface at the left side of a perforation 8 of the message printing sheet 3 and a bonding layer 5a at a predetermined position at the right side of the perforation 8 on the surface of the shielding sheet 4 are provided to overlap one another when folded at a perforation 7 with the front surfaces of tame printing sheet 3 and the shielding sheet 4 faced to each other. A bonding layer 5b which has the repellency to an ultraviolet setting ink is provided at the upper and lower peripheral edges of the left side of the perforation 8 on the front surface of the shielding sheet 4. The message printing column 3a of the printing sheet 3 is formed by the ultraviolet setting ink.
