PURPOSE: To make it possible to operate electric equipments such as an air conditioner, etc., only in the case a magnetic card for locking and unlocking an electric lock is inserted into a card reader in a house.

CONSTITUTION: Data of a magnetic card 1 is read out by means of a data reader 2 of a card reader provided to the inside of a house. The data is recorded in a data memory area of a memory section 3 through a controller 7. The data recorded in the memory section is read out together with a specific code stored in the memory section in advance through the controller, and it is inputted to a decision section 4. The decision section compares two inputted data. Signals from the decision section is inputted to a power control section 5 through the controller, and power supply to a power line is turned ON or OFF on the basis of the signals. Display is made on a display section 6 as to whether power is supplied to the power line or not.
