CONSTITUTION: A signal processing part is comprised of an input signal switching part 4 to a master screen and the window screen, a PinP output switching part 5 when an output signal for a screen is switched, a chroma/ synchronization processing circuit 6 for window screen, a synchronization processing circuit 7 for master screen. an A/D conversion part 9 for an input signal from the chroma/synchronization processing circuit 6, a PinP control part 10 which controls the input signal to the window screen, a D/A conversion part 11 for a digital signal outputted from the control part 10, a V-RAM part 12 to store a digital video signal, a control part 15 which controls a sampling frequency when the readout of the VRAM part is performed, and a master screen mode and window screen output position control part 16 which outputs a control signal to control the control part.
