PURPOSE: To achieve a shooting of playing balls accurately varying a shooting speed with an electromagnet by simplifying a mechanical structure of a shooter for the playing balls.

CONSTITUTION: An angle detector 38 is provided to detect an angle of rotation of a lever 33 and a number of electromagnets 111-134 which are arranged at an equal interval along a shooting rail 35 for shooting playing balls are excited continuously in sequence from the electromagnet 111 at the lower end within a short time being controlled with a microcomputer 71. The playing balls placed on a shooting rail 35 are attracted and accelerated sequentially with the electromagnets excited to shoot. The number of the electromagnets excited is increased or decreased according to the angle of rotation of the lever 33 detected.
