Title:
BRAHMA-DEVA
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07268
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the cost of the Brahma-Deva and facilitate the production thereof by subjecting the outside surface of a spherical body made of a resin having a cord fixing hole to flocky finishing.

CONSTITUTION: The cord fixing hole 1 is formed in a part of the spherical body 1 formed of the solid resin alone. The outside surface of the body 10 is subjected to flocky finishing 12. The flocky finishing 12 involves, for example, electrostatic flocking and sticking of velvet, etc. The Brahma-Deva A is mounted by inserting the front end of a cord 14 into the cord fixing hole 11 of the Brahma-Deva A and adhering the cord with an adhesive. The Brahma-Deva A is formed by subjecting the outside surface of the resin body 10 to the flocky finishing without the manual labor by artisans like heretofore. Mechanical mass production is thus possible, the production is simple and the cost is reduced.
