CONSTITUTION: At the time of careful examination processing of paper money A, the paper money A transferred out one piece each from a transfer-out containing part 24 of a preeise examination machine 12 is discriminated by a discriminating part, distributed and contained in separate money kind containing parts 19a-19c of a cartridge 11 through a distribution carrying path 26 and each accumulating mechanism 27, and discriminated defective paper money is contained in a collecting part 20. Subsequently, at the time of replenishment processing, a batch moving mechanism 22 is driven and the paper money A in the inside of the cartridge 11 is moved in a lump into each stacker 30a-30d of a paper money processor 13 side. Also, at the time of collection processing, the batch moving mechanism is driven, and the paper money A in the stackers 30a-30d is moved in a lump to each containing part 19a-19c and the collecting part 20 of the cartridge 11 side.
