Abstract:
PURPOSE: To measure correct characteristics including a time for switching a transmission line in almost real time by constituting respective components to measure the response characteristics with a hard circuit.
CONSTITUTION: Bit data of switching requirement is set as first specified bit data K1c and K2c to a bit data memory on one side 28a and bit data of switching response 4 is set as second bit data K1d and K2d to a bit data memory on the other hand 28b. Then, when a switching signal outputted from a transmitter 11a (11b) becomes requirement, after a waiting time TW, a digital signal of response is inputted to the transmitter 11a (11b). Consequently, when a waiting time setting equipment 30 changes the value of the digital signal in the order from a short time to a long time, the width of an allowable time from the time when the transmitter 11a (11b) outputs requirement to the time of the input of response can be measured. Namely, when the time TW is extremely long or short, the response becomes error because the transmitter 11a (11b) cannot respond to it.
