Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a flow locus of a resin in a mold dense and increase the centrifugal force of the resin by a method wherein a mold is sealed and put in a heating furnace, rotated with center at a Y-axis, rotated with center at a Y'-axis which is in parallel with the Y-axis, and rotated or rocked with center at an X-axis.
CONSTITUTION: Two mold frames 2, right and left inner frames 3 for rotatably supporting the mold frames 2, and an outer frame 4 for rotatably supporting the inner frames 3 are provided. A mold is mounted in the mold frames 2. The outer frame 4 rotates with center at a shaft 5 and the mold frames 2 rotate with center at an X-axis. On the other hand, the inner frames 3 rotate with center at a shaft 28 and the mold frames 2 rotate with center at a Y'-axis. Further, the mold frames 2 rotate with center at shafts 32, 33 and rotate with center at a Y-axis. A molding material rocks in the mold, so that a slender hollow molding having a uniform thickness can be obtained.
