Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a mirror from shifting in position owing to a loose coupling by providing a grip part which has plural groove parts at its outer peripheral part and a stop member which engages the groove parts to stop the rotation of the grip part. CONSTITUTION:The grip part 50 has a knurling tool part 62. This knurling tool part 62 is a plane knurling tool and is set to the outer periphery of a micrometer head 54. The micrometer head 54 is rotatable about a support 46. Further, a fitting member 56 is fixed to a shaft 70 with a bolt 74. An elastic member 60 is fixed to this fitting member 56 with a screw 58. Then the elastic member 60 has a projection part 60a. In this case, two grip parts 50 are provided to supports 46 and 48. Those two grip parts 60 are properly operated to correctly adjust the positions of the mirrors 16 and 16 for the laser resonator about a laser optical axis.
