Abstract:
PURPOSE: To satisfactorily stabilize an electrical characteristic of sensitivity and sound quality, etc., in a piezoelectric electroacoustic transducer with high polymer piezoelectric film as vibration film.
CONSTITUTION: This transducer is provided with plural slit shape opening hole parts 12 formed by arranging a direction. Also, it is constituted in such a way that a diaphragm 14 for which the high polymer piezoelectric film 2 is adhered on a vibrating film frame 13 bent in a direction of slit width of the opening hole part 12 is provided. In this way, it is possible to prevent the high polymer piezoelectric film 2 from being deformed in saddle shape and to stabilize and to increase the sensitivity.
