PURPOSE: To enhance mass productivity of vacuum heat insulation panels for cost reduction by using a pair of continuous panel materials to manufacture panel parts continuously, and the by cutting and dividing respective parts according to types for a vacuum heat insulation panel.
CONSTITUTION: The first panel surface material 1 which is provided with a press-formed recessed part 3 corresponding to plural (for example, four) panel parts and the second panel surface material 2 which is flat and is provided with an exhaust port 4 at an arbitrary position are transferred in order along a prescribed transfer route. During this transfer process, a filler 5 is first charged into respective recessed part 3, the second surface material 2 is placed thereon, and by welding 6, both the panel surface members 1, 2 in the whole periphery of respective recessed parts 3. Next, the exhaust port 4 is connected to a vacuum pump to vacuum-exhaust respective panel insides in a batch, and after the exhaust, the exhaust port 4 is sealed. Then, three continuous parts between the panel parts are formed by bending them by 90 degrees. By jointing both the edges, a box type vacuum heat insulation panel structure is manufactured.
