PURPOSE: To carry out program registration of movement position data required for NC control easily and in a short period of time by memorizing a pin spot of beam light projected from an emission means by way of matching it with a target machining position of a work at the time of matching both means for boring and tapping with the target processing position of the work.
CONSTITUTION: By controlling movement of a moving part and moving both of boring and tapping means 16, 19 along the processed surface of a work 12, at the time of matching the central points of the both means of boring and tapping 16, 19 with a target machining position of the work 12, a pin spot 13 by beam light 11 S projected from an emission means 8 is matched with the target processing position of the work 12, and pin spot movement position data from a standard point 36 are memorized in a RAM 34. Each of these pin spot movement position data which are memorized is corrected in accordance with eccentric distance between the pin spot central point and the central points of the both boring and tapping processing means 16, 19, and by these corrected movement position data, actual boring and tapping is carried out.
