PURPOSE: To obtain a good quality of printing without fluctuation of the amt. of ink extruded from a ink hole and with a const. extrusion speed.
CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin sheet formed into a shape of a mating surface of plates 2b and 2c-1 to be bonded together and a standard hole 16a corresponding to a hole with a larger diameter between ink passing holes of the plates of both sides between the plates 2b and 2c-1 to be bonded wherein the ink passing holes 16 and 17 are formed is located. In addition, a thermoplastic resin sheet 20 with a sheet hole 20b wherein the amt. of sheet relief to the standard hole in the direction connecting an ink passing hole and the nearest ink passing hole is minimized to the amt. of sheet relief to the standard hole in the direction except the above described direction is placed and the plates are bonded together by heating and pressing each plate.
