PURPOSE: To provide a shorter hard part at the tip of an inserting part and, moreover, a smaller space limit to passing a stuff.

CONSTITUTION: A stopper 13 is provided at the tip of a manipulating wire 12 to be advanced or retracted remotely sticking out toward the side thereof while a groove 15 is formed axially along the outer circumferential surface of the tip part body 1 connected to the tip of the bending part 3 formed free to bend. The tip part of the manipulating wire 12 is fitted into the groove 15 to make the stopper 13 stick out from the outer circumferential surface of the tip part body 1 while a node ring 7 at the extreme tip forming the bending part 3 is fitted securely into the outer circumference of the rear end of the tip part body 1 and the stopper 13 is engaged with a recess formed by cutting out the node 7.
