Abstract:

PURPOSE: To facilitate the fitting and removal of each terminal to/from a housing.

CONSTITUTION: Insertion holes 14, 15, 16 of a forked terminal 40 and a switch terminal 50 (movable contact piece 51, fixed contact piece 52) are formed inside a housing 11a. A ring terminal 30 is fitted in a cylinder part 12 of the holding 11a, and a projection 12a is fitted in a recessed part 30b to prevent the fall-out. The forked terminal 40, the movable contact piece 51 and the fixed contact piece 52 are inserted into the insertion holes 14, 15, 16 respectively, and claws 40b, 51b, 52b are locked at each step part inside the insertion holes to prevent the fall-out. The terminals (contact pieces) 40, 51, 52 are removed by bending the claws to remove them from the step part at a notch part 17 through a thine rod.
