PURPOSE: To protect the outer walls of a building unit during the shipping work by lapping a curing sheet to cover the upper face and four side faces of a building unit, and fitting protective materials along the sides of four side faces.

CONSTITUTION: A curing sheet 11 is lapped to cover the upper face and four side faces of a building unit 21. Protective materials 13 are fixedly or removably provided along the sides of the side face sections 12B, 12B of curing sheet main bodies 12, 12. The protective materials 13 preferably have a cushion material 14 or rubber. Outer wall panels of the building unit 21 can be protected by these protective materials 13 even if some shocks are applied during the shipping work. The shipping work can be performed without requiring much attention to the damage of the outer wall panels, thus the work efficiency can be improved to shorten the work time. The protective materials 13 are made removable on the cushion material 14 side by velvet type fasteners 15, thus they are convenient to be fitted as required.
