PURPOSE: To print notices for specified matters on a road simply and easily by providing a road notice data-setting device and a presentation device that presents set-and-stored road notice data on the road by printing in required presentation forms.
CONSTITUTION: A printing head 22 is positioned, by operation of an operating lever 24 of a road printing and presentation device 21, to the side of any one of wheels 32 of a car 31 that is suspected of illegal parking. Then, a hand output switch 26 on the upper part of the operating lever 24 and output keys for outputting notice data on a road notice data-setting device 11 are closed, and recognition line data and present time data temporarily stored in a RAM 14 control and actuate an ink-jet dot printer, and thereby a recognition line 41 is presented, extending over the side surface of any one of the wheels 32 of the car 31 and the road surface in a position corresponding to the side surface of the wheel. Recognition time 42 is also presented along the recognition line 41. Thereby, road notice indicating suspition of illegal parking can be presented as expected.
