CONSTITUTION: On the side of a vessel cylinder 51 of a vessel main body 50, a female screw part 61 threaded with a spiral groove 63 is provided in advance, and in a push rod 71, a group of projections 73 arrayed so as to be screwed to the spiral groove 63 of the female screw part 61, so as to occupy a part of a virtual spiral space for winding itself round the outside surface of the push rod 71, and also, so as to become substantially linear in the axial direction of the push rod are provided. On the inside surface of the rear and side in a cartridge cylinder 11, a grooved member 46 having the push rod sliding surface threaded with a synchronous engaging groove 47 engaged to the projections 73 on the outside surface of the push rod, provided so as to be unturnable is provided. By attaching a cartridge to the vessel main body 50 and engaging the projections on the outside surface of the push rod and the synchronous engaging groove of the grooved member of the cartridge cylinder, and thereafter, by rotating relatively the vessel cylinder 51 and the cartridge cylinder 11, the push rod is moved forward and backward in the cartridge cylinder 11.
