Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable the operation of a personal computer to be performed by converting the stored data into a remote control signal at a remote control signal conversion part, and sending the remote control signal from a remote control signal sending part. CONSTITUTION:Remote control data converted at a level conversion part 11 is received by a data reception part 12, and is written on a memory part 15 via a controller 14. Also, the remote control data detected at a key read-in part 19 is written on the memory part 15 by the control of the controller 14. The remote control data is converted to the remote control signal by the remote control signal conversion part 16, and is transmitted from a remote control signal transmission part 18 in form of infrared rays, etc. Meanwhile, the remote control data written on the memory part 15 is fetched in a data transmission part 13, and is converted to data of format RS232C at the level conversion part 11. Such data is transmitted by a signal cable 30 for data communication, and is displayed on, for example, the CRT of the personal computer 40 as a data record.
