Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reliably pack a material, even if an overlap film is out of position, by inwardly bending both ends of the overlap film for forming overlapped portions, by fitting with side portions of the material to be packed in the recessed portion for fitting the side portions of the material to be packed of a heating member, and by welding with heat.
CONSTITUTION: A disk cartridge case 51 is inserted into a cylindrical overlap film 201 whose opposite ends are joined with that of the disk cartridge case. The adjacent parts of both ends of the overlap film 201 are respectively and inwardly bent to form overlapped portions 202, 203. And the overlapped portions 202, 203 are joined with a pair of heat iron members 301, 302 by welding with heat. The heat iron members 301, 302 have recessed portions 303, 304 on the surface sides opposed to each other, the recessed portions 303, 304 are formed into the shape in correspondence with the disk cartridge case 51, and both ends of the disk cartridge case 51 are fitted into the bottom portion.
