Abstract:
PURPOSE: To utilize a modulated current for supplying for a voice amplifier by providing a reference current generator, a current mirror and a current modulator supplied with an input current to the current mirror. CONSTITUTION: The reference current io normally supplied by a generator 18 to a current mirror M1 is supplied for the input of a current mirror M2 connected to a terminal E. The current mirror M2 distributes the current to a current io between a load R connected with the reference voltage Vref and the collector of a transistor Q1 with a grounded emitter. On the other hand, the base of the transistor Q1 is connected to the output of an operation amplifier 34 with a positive electrode input connected to the collector of the transistor Q1 and an negative electrode input supplied with a voice signal Vm. Then the transistor Q2 is parallelly connected to the emitter and the base of the transistor Q1 and the collector of the transistor Q is connected with the input of the current mirror M1.
