Abstract:
PURPOSE:To efficiently prepare a highly dispersible type catalyst, by impregnating the polymer membrane provided on a carrier with a metal complex solution to bond a complex to the reactive functional group of a polymer substance before applying reducing treatment to the complex. CONSTITUTION:A high-molecular substance having a reactive functional group in the molecular chain thereof and a crosslinking agent are mixed in a solvent to crosslink and bond the high-molecular substance. Subsequently, the liquid mixture is applied to or infiltrated in a carrier while the treated carrier is dried to remove the solvent to form the polymer film of the aforementioned high-molecular substance. Further, the polymer film is impregnated with a metal complex solution and, thereafter, a metal complex is subjected to reducing treatment to prepare a highly dispersible type catalyst. As the high-molecular substance having the aforementioned reactive functional group, there is a high- molecular substance such as polyethyleneimine. As the crosslinking agent, there are glutaraldehyde, glutaric acid, adipic acid and adipic chloride, etc.
