Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate ruthenium effectively by letting ruthenium tetraoxide producing by oxidation in solution stagnate and converting the solution and solved ruthenium by self-decomposition to unsoluble type. CONSTITUTION:By taking advantage of the character of ruthenium tetraoxide converting to unsoluble ruthenium dioxide by self-decomposition, ruthenium in solution is converted unsoluble type. That is, ruthenium in solution is converted by oxidation to ruthenium tetraoxide with the use of positive electrode or photo-excited semiconductor structure, Furthermore, the ruthenium tetraoxide is let stagnate near the positive electrode or the photo-excited semiconductor structure by forming them like pipe, wool or net structure and the density reduction due to diffusion is suppressed. Through this suppression, the density of ruthenium tetraoxide nearly rises to cause conversion of ruthenium tetraoxide to unsoluble. With this method, ruthenium is converted to unsoluble to eliminate from the solusion.
