Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve labor, to improve working efficiency, and to enhance a utilization value of ash as a fertilizer by a method wherein when a small animal brought into mercy killing is incinerated, a process ranging from recovery of ash in an incinerator to bagging is automated.
SOLUTION: A small animal brought into mercy killing is charged and incinerated as a body to be incinerated in a small animal incinerator 1. Ash generated through incineration is discharged to a closing pipe 3 by an ash outputting device 2. Ash discharge from the closed pipe 3. Ash discharged to the closed pipe 3 is sucked and conveyed to a cyclone separation device 4 by a suction device 5. Only ash is separated and discharged by the cyclone separation device 4. Separated and discharged ash is conveyed to a pulverizing device 7 by a closed conveying means 6. Ash crushed by the pulverizing device 7 is charged in a charging device 8 for bagging. This constitution automates a process ranging from discharge of ash to bagging without flying of powder dust in working environment and pulverizes a bone shape matter being the original shape of ash.
