Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency of a sheet roll for cleaning exchange work by the method wherein an adhesive joint to a take-up tube is provided in advance at the pay-out tip of a cleaning sheet used for a printing machine cylinder cleaning device and bonded a roll beginning end thereof to a core tube wood.
SOLUTION: A sheet roll for cleaning 26 is picked up by bonding a roll beginning end of a cleaning sheet 24 to a surface of a paper tube 42. A double adhesive tape which becomes an adhesive joint is provided at a pay-out tip part of the cleaning sheet 24. A release paper is bonded to the double adhesive tape, which prevents application with a cleaning sheet 24. In using this structure of a sheet roll for cleaning 26 to the cleaning of a printing machine cylinder, firstly the cleaning sheet 24 is payed out from the sheet roll for cleaning 26 and moved close to a take-up tube. And the release paper is stripped to fix the cleaning sheet 24 to the take-up tube. Fixation to the take-up tube can easily be effected by providing an adhesive joint at the pay-out tip part of the cleaning sheet 24, whereby a time for exchanging the sheet roll for cleaning can be shortened.
