Abstract:
PURPOSE: To suppress dust generation as small as possible from a mechanism part and further to compactly form the mechanism part so that a device can be used in a site required for cleanliness such as a semiconductor plant.
CONSTITUTION: A pipe 1, vertically combined with U-tubes, is provided, to seal the inside of this pipe 1 with a fluid 2, and pistons 3, 15 are respectively placed on opening surfaces of the fluid 2, to fit a balance mechanism of mounting a balance weight 18 on the piston 15 and a load receiving base 7 to a linear part of the pipe 1. A guide mechanism for vertically guiding the load receiving base 7 with this linear part serving as the guide is provided, to bury an internal magnet 6 in the piston 3 and an external magnet 10 in the load receiving base 7, and a balance function is maintained by magnetic force generated by the magnets 6, 10, so as to reduce driving force of a linear motor 19 for vertically driving the load receiving base 7 and also mechanical contact parts to decrease dust generating sources.
