Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten speech time and to reduce the call tariff in a mobile telephone set by performing a control so as to transfer a reception signal to the automatic answering voice recording service of a telephone line network when it is decided that an automatic answering voice recording is impossible.
CONSTITUTION: A control means 9 decides whether the automatic answering voice recording of a voice recording and reproducing means 7 is possible or not if an incoming call exists when an automatic answering voice recording is set. When it is decided that the automatic answering voice recording is impossible, the control means 9 controls a radio communication means 2 so as to transfer a reception signal to the automatic answering voice recording service of a telephone line network. Therefore, when the mode is set to an automatic answering voice recording mode, the automatic answering voice recording by the voice recording and reproducing means 7 within a mobile telephone set 1 is preferentially performed. In this case, when the use state of the storage area of a storage buffer 8 for automatic answering voice recording is controlled and the empty storage area of the storage buffer 8 are not present any more, an automatic switch from the voice recording and reproducing means 7 within the mobile telephone set 1 to the automatic answering voice recording service by an external telephone line network is performed and the automatic answering voice recording is performed.
