PURPOSE: To provide a simple installing method when the toilet device is installed on a stool having a fitting hole which does not correspond to JIS.
CONSTITUTION: In the front part of the upper case 3 of a main body 5 of a toilet device, a freely attachable/detachable panel 29 is provided, and when its panel 29 is detached, the lower case 4 having a screw hole 30 and an engaging recessed part 12 in the front part and the lower face, respectively is provided. Also, in an installation plate 28 selected from plural through-holes 16 and attached to fixing holes 6 of a stool 7 in advance by a fitting implement 11, an engaging part 31 which can be inserted through the engaging recessed part 12, screw holes 30 and female screw holes 32 are provided. On its installation plate 28, the toilet device is placed by inserting the engaging recessed part 12 through the engaging part 31, and the screw holes of the lower case 4 and the female screw holes 30 of the installation plate 28 are fixed with screws 33. In such a way, the toilet device can be attached simply to the tool 7 of special dimension, and also, no incovenience is generated in the actual use.
