Title:
MANUFACTURE OF SQUEEZABLE CONTAINER WITH LABEL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3027033
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To manufacture a squeezable container with labels, which has deformability and restorability suitable for squeezing out contends and, at the same time, in which neither separation of the label nor development of wrinkle and deformation occurs.
CONSTITUTION: In blow molding, at which labels are made into an integral body with a container main body, the modulus of elasticity of thermoplastic resin constituting the container main body must 1ie within the range of 500-4,000kg/cm2, preferably 500-3,500kg/cm2 for favorable squeezing-out characteristics. A label 5 is selected in correspondence to the quality of the thermoplastic resin, of which a container main body 1 is made. The modulus of elasticity of the synthetic resin, of which the label 5 consists, is set to be larger than that of the thermoplastic resin, of which the container main body 1 consists. The thickness of the label 5 lies within the range of 50-100μm.
